SWAT Hockey will start accepting registrations for the 2012/2013 Season June 1, 2012.
REGISTRATION FOR RETURNING PLAYERS
Online Registration (returning players only) will be available beginning June 1, 2012.
Returning players can register online by using the (ALL ONLINE REGISTRATIONS ARE TO BE COMPLETED IN UPPERCASE LETTERS ONLY) Hockey Canada online registration link.

Please note that all RETURNING registrations received after the registration deadline of July 31, 2012 will have to pay an additional $100.00 per registration in late fees.
***After the deadline ONLY ONLINE registrations will be accepted***
The late fee does not apply to NEW registrations.
REGISTRATION FOR NEW PLAYERS:
In person registration will be held on Friday, June 1 from 6:15pm to 9pm at the Riverbend Community Hall (258 Rhatigan Road)
If you are not able to make the in person registration you can register by Mail. Please review the checklist and fill out ALL forms COMPLETELY and mail ALL checklist items to the noted address.
Checklist for Registration for New players:
- Player Registration Form;
- Volunteer Commitment Form;
- Payments for player fees and post dated cheque for $100 dated February 28, 2013 attached to your volunteer commitment form (all cheques made payable to SWAT Hockey)
- Copy of player birth certificate
- Copy of player Alberta Health care card
- Copy of parents utility bill - EPCOR, Direct Energy... (for proof of residency in SW Edmonton)
***Make all cheques payable to “SWAT Hockey” (you can write post-dated cheques for your registration fees dated September 1, 2012 and November 1, 2012).***

Initiation 1A (Born 2008) $99.00 or 2 payments of $49.50
Initiation 2A (Born 2006-2007) $299.00 or 2 payments of $149.50
Novice (Born 2004-2005) $525.00 or 2 payments of $262.50
Atom (Born 2002-2003) $600.00 or 2 payments of $300.00
Peewee (Born 2000-2001) $685.00 or 2 payments of $342.50

What About Player Evaluations in the Fall? Your category director will contact you in early September regarding SWAT evaluations. Players can expect to be on the ice some time during the second or third weekends of September.
Forms can be viewed and printed in Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be installed free-of-charge at the Adobe website.
